BTW, did you girls (and boy) receive our Valentine? Or our package? U. Peter and I are actually going on a date tonight for V's Day. It's the first time since b/f we had F. Yay!

Did you see my other comment about the snow? It's a few days back. I don't think anyone else in our extended family has discovered blogging yet...or else they'd all be commenting. It's addicting, I must admit.
Oh, btw, the date was good and bad. It was especially nice to have a night out without children, but the dinner itself was a disaster.
We had to wait at the bar for 15-20 minutes for a table to open up (and it was self-seating so we had to keep scouring the restaurant in the middle of our conversation until we found something). Since we were waiting at the bar we ordered margaritas and found out later that they were $8.50 apiece!and they were mostly ice. Then we got our meal, and the restaurant is known for its Italian sausage, but our pizza had not one piece of sausage on it. Can you believe it?!
Needless to say, with PJP as my husband, we have been given a FULL refund and a complimentary meal the next time we go there. He definitely learned a few things from your dad when we all lived in VA.
Windrider! Dude, sorry for the delay in response. The Google people have been harassing me for months...so I was a bit reluctant about signing on with them. After 30 minutes on the phone with customer care, they gave me permission to post without any formal agreement, disclosure, etc. So here I am, wishing I was there in Steerbeeck, Belgium. Boy, I've been going through withdrawl for a year now and just can't kick the addiction...I need to seriously start "recalculating"...Betty's voice is unforgettable!
Btw, Windrider, I liked what you did with John 3:16. Nice job.
Do you have any non-Catholics posting on this blog. Perhaps you can host some interreligious discussions. What do you think?

I've gotten Valentine emails from my friends with the verse, but I had to find it and the pictures online.
